Considering our dogs are our life, it was only fitting to make some of my first posts about them!
We adopted this sweet girl shortly after buying our first home together! Everyone thought we were crazy for getting a dog while we were flipping our whole house, but we knew she was meant for us! Avalon was a stray who came in with another dog. She had been adopted prior but was returned to the shelter after 2 weeks. We sadly don't know much else about where she came from. She was approximately one years-old when we got her, now here we are a year later having just celebrated her adoption day! She quickly became the queen bee of the house, always getting her way or going and running off to a different room if she doesn't. She acts her age and melts our hearts on the daily. She loves her adoptive brother Kareem to pieces and will play with him at all hours of the day. I couldn't imagine not having these 2 crazy kids!
